Southeast Arkansas Community Based Education Center provides
vocational training skills classes, industry training, adult based
education, child care, college classes and testing services.
These services are available day and night. This website
contains information on each of the classes and types of training

Medical Professions Education

Students have the opportunity to acquire a CPR license by enrolling in one of three classes: Medical Procedures, or Medical Professions.

Human Behavior
focuses on the psychology of human
behavior. It is a one semester course. Students will explore the impact that treatment,
medicine, and illnesses have on the human psyche while understanding the
basic personality types.

Medical
Procedures is a
semester course which helps students learn specific skills needed in
the health care profession such as CPR, First Aid, and taking a vital
signs. Students have the opportunity to acquire CPR license by
enrolling in the medical procedures class.

Medical Procedures-
Expanded- is a 1
semester class that teaches students about certain Assistant jobs in
the health care field including Lab Assistant, Nursing Assistant,
Physical Therapy Assistant and Dental Assistant.
Health Occupations Students of America
Participates in volunteer work through different
activities during the school year such as Blood Drives, Healthy Kids Day
at the YMCA, Alma's Home, and interacting with residents at the nursing
home.
